Resources: Studio & Computer  There are many different studio and computer related forums out there. If it´s specific troubleshooting you´re after, we have found that the best places to start is the official forum of the manufacturer in question. For general interest, or perhaps a little researching before buying most third party forums are good places. The "Resources" section contains links to sites with reviews and user reviews, which is another nice way of researching before making a purchase. And sites with "Tech Guides", tutorials and glossaries. There´s also links to free patch scripts, environments etc. We have tried and tested a lot of freeware plugins over the years. Here we have gathered links to all of them. Most of them being VST and VSTi, but there´s also a lot of AU (Audio Units), RTAS, DX, and even a few MAS formats. You will probably be surprised how much you can actually get for absolutely nothing. It really is possible to achieve nice results using freeware only. However, it is a fair world. You will never get the quality and smoothness of commercial plug-ins like the ones available from Universal Audio, Waves, TC Electronic or similar. Finally we have a little collection of links to studio and computer related magazines. You know, the ones in paper.....very old school.
