Q:    "2Checkout.com is an authorized retailer for theloopbox.com"?


Q:    When I get to "Delivery" there is only one option (download) but no "Proceed" button?


Q:    During the checkout procedure I get redirected to a different looking site. What happens and is it safe?


Q:    When I get to the 2CO site I get an error message about an expired session?


Q:    On the 2CO site I see the price in my local currency. Now, they say that I can only pay with a VISA or Master Card, which I don´t have. Now what?








Q:    "2Checkout.com is an authorized retailer for theloopbox.com"?

A:    This means that 2Checkout.com (2CO) actually buys our products with the purpose of immediate resale to the end customer. This doesn´t mean that we forget about the customers in any way. You can always rely on us for support regarding our products. [Menu]


 


 

Q:    When I get to "Delivery" during the payment procedure, there is only one option (download) but no "Proceed" button?

A:    This is becuase you have to select "download". Next you will see the "Payment" and again you must select "Credit Card" even though there is no other options. Now the "Proceed" button appears.

We want to keep our options open, and that´s why we need these steps in the payment procedure. In the future we may offer different payment and delivery methods.

Q:    During the checkout procedure I get redirected to a different looking site. What happens and is it safe?

A: 
   Yes. Our reseller 2CO takes care of the actual credit card transactions. During the last few steps of the payment procedure you will be redirected to one of 2CO´s SSL encrypted servers which are 100% safe.

Q:    When I get to the 2CO site I get an error message about an expired session?

A:    This happens if you have been on the 2CO paymentsite before without finishing the transaction. Either from TheLoopBox.com or another website using 2CO
. Simply click "Log-out" in the upper right corner. Then go back to TheLoopBox.com site, and choose "Checkout" again; the cart will still contain the loop packs you have selected. [Menu]

 


 




Q:    On the 2CO site I see the price in my local currency. Now, they say that I can only pay with a VISA or Master Card, which I don´t have. Now what?

A:    If you have an American Express, JBC, Discover or Diners, simply click the United States flag on the top menu. Now you will be paying in US Dollars, but you can use any of the supported Credit Cards. The amount withdrawn from your Credit Card will be the same, of course.
