Q:    I have signed up for the free newsletter, but I have not got any ?

A:
The Newsletter is sent every Friday or Saturday, depending on your location. If you sign up during the week we will send you the latest issue, but it may not happen instantly. Please have patience.

If nothing happens for more than a day or two, or you don´t have it by Saturday something is wrong. Our weekly newsletter may be considered as spam by some mail clients and applications. If you use one of the free online mail services, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail etc. please take a look in your "Junk" or "Bulk" folder. If you find it there you should just mark it as "Not Spam" to have future  newsletters delivered directly to your inbox.

The same thing can happen if you use Outlook, Outlook Express, Mail (Mac OS X) or another e-mail application. Again, simply check your "Junk" folder and mark as "Not Spam". [Menu]

Q:    I have purchased some products, but I don´t see any download links?

A:

You should receive two different e-mails after a purchase. The one from 2checkout.com (2co) is the receipt, and there are no download links in this e-mail.

The problem could the same as described above. Depending on your e-mail account or application, and the spam filter settings, the e-mail from us (containing the download links) may have been considered as spam. Check your "Junk" folder, and mark as "Not Spam" to avoid the problem.

Q:    When I click the download link in the e-mail nothing happens?

A:

In order to download popup windows must be allowed. Most browsers will let you allow popups temporarily, or even let you "whitelist" certain websites. So please activate popups in your browser before clicking the download link.

Note that each time you click the download link it counts as 1 download. Even if you don´t get the file downloaded because of blocked popups. That´s why we allow 3 download attempts for each download link. Please don´t download the same file more than once. For backup purposes simply make copies. [Menu]

Q:    I have activated popups in my browser but still no download begins?

A:
Depending on the "security" settings in your browser it may prevent downloads unless you approve. A message about this will probably appear, and you will be asked if you would like to proceed with the download.

In rare cases Internet Explorer can be preventing pop-up windows even if you allowed pop-ups. Or you could have another application, such as Google Toolbar, installed that also tries to block pop-ups. Please try to hold down the "ctrl" key while clicking the download link in the e-mail. This may very well solve the problem. [Menu]
